Used by System:System Messages.
Shows all System Messages. System Messages are the localization of the interface text of the sofawiki. Some are predefined, but you can define your own using the System namespace.
Note that you can also override default system messages by creating a system page for them.
All system messages use the URLname syntax as keys.
