Handles image pages, image links, image page links and media links.
Image pages adds an edit menu to refresh the image cache. The $imagecacherefresh get-parameter refreshes all subsamplings of this image in the cache folder. Images are img tags of the CSS class embedimage.
Imagelinks are created either to the original image or to downsampled images in the cache.
Media links are a tags of the class sw-EXT where EXT is the media extension. This allows you to style the link in function of the file type of the media.
